Atenai London maintains a strict policy of business integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance. This statement confirms our awareness of applicable statutory lobbying frameworks and verifies our non-involvement in lobbying activities.
1. Statutory Awareness and Legal Compliance
Atenai London fully acknowledges, understands, and actively monitors compliance with all relevant corporate governance regulations and public policy advocacy laws, including:
UK Statutory Regulations: The Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014 and the rules administered by the Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists (ORCL).
International Frameworks: Equivalent global, national, and local lobbying compliance legislation across jurisdictions where our products, operations, or business relationships extend.
2. Declaration of Non-Participation
Atenai London formally certifies the following operational boundaries:
No Consultant Lobbying: Atenai London does not act as a consultant lobbyist, nor do we undertake direct or indirect lobbying communications on behalf of third parties or clients.
No Direct Political Influence: Atenai London does not retain, fund, or deploy in-house lobbyists or third-party agencies to influence UK Government Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, civil servants, or foreign government officials.
No Political Contributions or Affiliations: Atenai London does not offer financial contributions, soft money, or non-monetary support to political parties, political action committees (PACs), candidates, or political advocacy campaigns.
3. Operational Standard
Should Atenai London’s strategic or regulatory position change in the future requiring engagement in public policy discussions, all such activity will strictly comply with mandatory public registration, reporting, and statutory transparency requirements prior to initiation.
At present, Atenai London remains entirely uninvolved in lobbying activities.
