Subject: Clarification of Facility Ownership and Operational Boundaries (Scope 1 Emissions Boundaries) 

Atenai London hereby formally confirms that the organization does not own, lease, operate, or maintain direct operational control over any facilities, premises, or infrastructure associated with ESC1.1, ESC1.2, or ESC1.3.

Specifically:

Asset Ownership: Atenai London holds no equity interest, ownership rights, or proprietary title in any physical properties classified under ESC1.1, ESC1.2, or ESC1.3.

Operational Control: Atenai London possesses no authority to establish, direct, or introduce operational policies, energy management protocols, or environmental practices at these designated locations.

GHG Protocol Boundary Alignment: In accordance with the GHG Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard, all direct emissions arising from activities at ESC1.1, ESC1.2, and ESC1.3 fall entirely outside of Atenai London’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 organizational boundaries.

Any activities or reporting metrics linked to ESC1.1, ESC1.2, and ESC1.3 are under the sole operational jurisdiction and responsibility of third-party entities.
