When you join the Atenai London Club, you earn VIP Points when you purchase eligible products. The points you earn are based on your order history:

• #VIP Member earns 1 VIP Points for every GB£1.00 spent on a Qualifying Purchase.

A few more things to note:

• VIP Points are calculated based on the subtotal of a Qualifying Purchase after any discounts have been applied.
• You don’t earn any VIP Points for pounds spent on applicable taxes, shipping or handling and the following products: Gift Cards or Gift Sets
• When products are returned for a refund to the original payment method, VIP Points will be deducted from your account for the amount of the return, net of taxes, shipping and handling.

These My Atenai London Terms & Conditions for the My Atenai London Program are issued by Atenai London Ltd and are part of the Atenai London General Terms and Conditions. In case of any discrepancy between Atenai London Club Terms and Conditions and the Terms & Conditions, the former prevail.

1.1 As a member of the Atenai London Club, we will spoil you with personalised offers and surprises. These personalised offers and surprises are based on your online purchases and purchases in official Rituals stores in participating countries. When you purchase Atenai London products from our partners, such as warehouses, marketplaces, and shop-in-shops, or in countries other than participating countries, these will not be registered to your account. Please note that in United Kingdom, the minimum age to create an Atenai London Club account is 16.

1.2 After registration, you can immediately enjoy the core benefits of our Loyalty program (see “CORE BENEFITS”). By completing more purchases, you can progress in the program to enjoy additional surprises and benefits (see “ADDITIONAL BENEFITS”).

Upon registration, every Atenai London Club member is eligible for the following benefits:

• A “Thank You gift” with your second purchase after registration, only applicable for members that joined Atenai London Club after January 1st, 2024; one gift per My Atenai London member only, gift might differ in Atenai London outlet stores and Atenai London standalone airport stores, not available in (wholesale) partner locations. Not valid when purchasing a gift card.
• A gift when you spend more than the minimum purchase amount as further explained in our instore communication (available in selected periods, whilst stocks last, max. 1 gift per purchase instore or online. The Premium and Deluxe gift with purchase is available online. Instore you will receive a premium or deluxe gift upon request. The phase you are in depends on the number of purchases you did with your account (purchase of a Atenai London Club gift card is excluded). Please note that you will be placed in the phase, based on the number of identified purchases since the start of your membership.

By completing more eligible purchases, your phase will progress accordingly. Your eligible benefits can be found in your Atenai London Club Account on the website or Atenai London App at all times. The conditions of these additional benefits will be explained per offer.

All available benefits will be automatically added to your account and are available upon identification or signing in. Offers or surprises cannot be valued in monetary terms, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be passed on to others. Offers may differ online and in store.

You can sign up as a Atenai London Club member in various ways namely:

• In a standalone Atenai London store in the countries where the Atenai London Club Program has been rolled out;
• via SMS/text message; and
• online; via the website or Atenai London App.

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your Atenai London Club member card number and digital member card. In case you did not create a password upon registration, you will receive an email to secure your account with a password. These details are strictly personal and must be kept for yourself. Inform Atenai London immediately if you think a third party has acquired your password. A maximum of one account can be created per customer, only one email address can be registered per account.

You can always change your account details by logging in via your Account Page. You can also change your account in stores with the help of store personnel. Alternatively, our Contact Us team will be happy to help you. Also, in every email we send you, we will always offer you an opt-out.

Atenai London processes the following personal details in connection with the Atenai London Club Program:

The necessary details are:

• First name & surname.
• email address; and
• date of birth.

The extra (optional) details we ask for are:

• phone number.
• gender.

If you make purchases in store, you can identify yourself with your (digital) member card to make use of your benefits and add your purchases to your account. When you make purchases as an Atenai London Club Member, Atenai London also registers the details of your purchase, including the date and location. In doing so, Atenai London creates an interest’s profile on you in order to be able to select products, services, experiences and promotions that will be of relevance to you. Atenai London processes your personal data in line with its Privacy Policy.

The core of the Atenai London Club Program relates to receiving personalized offers and surprises, Atenai London news, invitations to special events via email et cetera. As a result, only those who wish to receive these Atenai London Club marketing emails and provide their consent accordingly can create an Atenai London Club Account. Nonetheless, should you, after you have created your Atenai London Club account, wish to opt-out to one or more of our communications via email, you can do so at any moment via the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails or via your Atenai London Club Account when logged in via the website or Atenai London App.

Atenai London may send to you marketing and promotional text messages using an automatic telephone dialling system (“Atenai London Club SMS”) if you provided us with your explicit prior consent to do so.

Such My Atenai London SMS will be sent to the mobile phone number you provide to Atenai London, as part of your enrolment or subsequently when you sign up for Atenai London Club SMS text messaging. By opting in to the Atenai London Club SMS Program, you represent that the mobile number for which you have opted-in, is one for which you are authorised to provide consent to receive SMS from Atenai London Club,

You understand that we do not rely on your consent where we need to contact you in relation to a purchase from Atenai London or as part of your general participation in the Atenai London Club Program. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent and opt-out of text messages at any time, send a text message with ' Atenai London Club STOP' to 63666. Please note that you may receive one additional SMS confirming your opt-out. 

You agree that if and before you disconnect or transfer your mobile number, you will opt-out that number from Atenai London Club SMS Program.

Membership of the Atenai London Club is for an indefinite period. Atenai London maintains the right to alter the general terms and conditions and the contents of the Atenai London Club Program at any given moment.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of these terms and conditions, your application for membership may at any time be refused and/or your My Atenai London account may be suspended or terminated and/or your benefits may be withdrawn in connection or as a result of misuse of the services, the program and/or benefits which are available to members from time to time.

You will always be informed prior to any changes regarding the club program. If for some reason you do not agree with the changes, you are free to end your membership of the Atenai London Club Program.

If you signed up as a member before the 1st of January 2024, all your previous purchases with your account will be included to determine the phase and benefits of your membership. You can see an overview of the phase you are in and the benefits that you can enjoy in your Atenai London Club Account.

You can end your membership of the My Atenai London loyalty program at any given moment by sending a request via Contact Us Page. In the contact form you can select ‘Privacy – GDPR’ as topic, followed by ‘Right to delete my personal data’ as subtopic and all the gained benefits will be void.

The benefits of the program may differ per country; all applicable benefits can be found in the general terms of the respective country.

UK law applies to the Atenai London Club Program. The competent court in London, UK has the non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle disputes in connection to these terms and conditions, which means that you can file a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these terms and conditions in London.

As per 1st January 2024, the participating countries are: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Italy, Hong Kong, and Finland.
