What is the Atenai London Club?
The Atenai London Club is Atenai London’s *exclusive* rewards program that’ll give you ALL the good rewards for being a loyal friend. Earn VIP Points to cash in for discounts on your next order!
How do I earn VIP Point?
When you join the Atenai London Club, you earn VIP Points when you purchase eligible products. The points you earn are based on your current membership tier:
- #VIP Member earns 1 VIP Points for every GB£1.00 spent on a Qualifying Purchase.
- #VIP Insider earns 1.5 VIP Insider for every GB£1.00 spent on a Qualifying Purchase.
- #VIP A-Lister earns 2 VIP Points for every GB£1.00 spent on a Qualifying Purchase.
A few more things to note:
- VIP Points are calculated based on the subtotal of a Qualifying Purchase after any discounts have been applied.
- You don’t earn any VIP Points for pounds spent on applicable taxes, shipping or handling and the following products: Gift Cards or Gift Sets
- When products are returned for a refund to the original payment method, VIP Points will be deducted from your account for the amount of the return, net of taxes, shipping, and handling.
